Statement

Located under the My Catalog page the statement section lists your sales and totals along with payout amounts, payout dates and check numbers.

NOTE:The statement system records every product sales transaction associated with your account since 10/01/2007. All previous transactions are searchable through the report system but will never be a part of this statement.

By default the page shows sales and statements for the last 30 days. You may use the calendar fields to search for sales from earlier dates, except as noted above.

You can also view payouts per artist or search for issued check numbers.

The default report displays the following fields:
Date- this is the date on which the order was processed or the payment was issued.
Sales date- date the order was placed
Sales Channel- nimbit music, digital distribution, etc
Event- Sale, payout, unpaid, return
Type- mp3 download, cd, merch, etc
Description- contains the order number and product name
Net- Amount that is coming to the artist(s) for that sale
Balance- Amount that has yet to me processed for that sale

Clicking the Show Details button will also display
Price- list price of the product
Fee- generally applies to ticket sales
Subtotal- Price + Fee
Commission- amount taken out by nimbit
UPC or ISRC code of product purchased

Payouts are listed in green. Checks are cut on the first of the month and are mailed out in the third week of the month.
