nimbitOMT- no music playing
If your music is not playing on your nimbitOMT, there are several things you can check.
Music does not play automatically
By default, the OMT is not set to play automatically. In your nimbit account, go to the my store section and check the "auto play" box.
Be sure to refresh the page you have your player on before trying to listen again.
Music does not play when clicked on
Each track should have a 'play' button to the left of it. If not, check in your account that samples have been loaded up for each track.
Samples are not created automatically from mp3s you load up for sale. They must be entered separately.
To add samples, go to the my catalog section in your nimbit account, locate your product, and click the 'edit' link next to each.
On the properties box that appears, make sure the sample drop down window is set to 'yes', click the 'browse' button for the mp3 sample and attach your sample mp3.
If you have requested that nimbit create the samples for you, it can take up to 5 business days for us to load the files once we have received your cd.
Green progress bar is moving, but no sound is coming out
Check your computer to make sure that your speakers are plugged in, connected and turned on. Also check the sound settings to make sure the speakers have no been muted.
