Installing OMT on myspace

Your OMT can easily be installed on to your Myspace page.

1.Log in to your MySpace account
2.On your profile page, click 'get apps'
3.Search for 'nimbit' on the apps page.
4.When the nimbit opt app appears, click on its name
5.On the next page, click the 'Install app' button
6.Enter your artist or user name in the nimbit artist search box and submit.
7. When your artist appears in tech search results,select it and click "install"
8. Return to your myspace page and refresh it to see your OMT

Note: If you do not select your artist name, you will see an error message on the OMT. Go to the manage apps section in your profile page and enter your artist name again.

Moving the OMT

The application area places the OMT in the About Me section of your MySpace page. This cannot be changed directly through the Applications window.

The OMT location can be changed by placing the following code`in the About me section of your account. Adjust the settings until the OMT displays where you want it.

Note: Familiarity with css is encouraged before using this placement code. You may also consider purchasing a MySpace Makeover from Nimbit to customize your page and move the OMT.
